Now, this may be old news to you. After all, the daffodils were in bloom at my parents' house down in WKY the first weekend in February. Even in Lexington, there have been daffodils and other early spring flowers blooming for weeks. Our little daffodils, however, are traditionally late bloomers. Tucked in the little strip of dirt between our house and driveway on a shady side of the house, our daffodils finally developed buds last week and started blooming on Monday. I snapped this shot Tuesday of one of the most open.
